R5 Property Rental LLC may collect information you provide when you contact us, request rental information, submit a tenant support request, make a payment inquiry, join a waitlist, or communicate with us by phone, email, text message, website form, or tenant portal. This information may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, lease or account details, maintenance request details, photos or files you choose to submit, and other information needed to respond to your request.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide rental and leasing support, coordinate maintenance, communicate with residents and prospective residents, manage payments or account questions, improve our services, and comply with legal or business obligations.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from R5 Property Rental LLC, we may send messages related to rental inquiries, leasing, resident support, maintenance coordination, payment or account reminders, property updates, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How Information May Be Shared

We may share information when needed to provide rental services, such as with maintenance vendors, payment or communication service providers, professional advisors, or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Website Technology and Cookies

Our website does not currently use advertising trackers or an analytics service installed by R5. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs to deliver and protect the site. When you send a support request, a temporary, essential session cookie helps verify the request and limit abuse. It is not used for advertising. External payment and account websites may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Support Requests and Attachments

Support requests and selected attachments are emailed to info@r5property.com. The form checks permitted file formats and size limits before sending. Uploads are processed temporarily by the hosting system; our form does not create a public file library or permanent website copy of your attachments. Format checks do not guarantee that a file is free from malware. Please send only information relevant to your request, and do not include passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Requests may be accessible to authorized R5 personnel through our email service and may be shared with a maintenance provider when needed to address the issue. Email providers, hosting providers, and their backups may retain copies. Access and retention are also subject to those services' controls.

Payments and Other Service Providers

Account Login opens Baselane's tenant service at tenant.baselane.com. Quick Pay opens our payment page at pay.r5property.com, hosted by GoDaddy Payments/Poynt. Payment or account information entered on those services is handled under their terms and privacy policies. R5 does not collect payment card details through the support form. Our email, hosting, security, and communications providers also help deliver our services.

Retention and Security

We retain correspondence and resident records as needed for the request, tenancy, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Support emails are not automatically deleted by the website on a fixed schedule. Our form's abuse-prevention records use a ten-minute rolling window; expired rate-limit files are removed during subsequent submissions. Hosting logs, email records, and provider backups may have separate retention periods. Contact us about a deletion request; some records may need to be retained.

HTTPS protects information in transit to the website. File checks, request verification, and submission limits help protect the support form. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact R5 promptly if you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient.
