Website content is provided for informational purposes and may be updated at any time. Rental availability, pricing, lease terms, fees, and property details are subject to change.

Support, Payments, and Emergencies

The support form and email are for non-emergency requests and do not guarantee an immediate response. For fire, a medical emergency, or immediate danger, call 911. For a suspected gas leak, leave the area and contact 911 or your gas utility from a safe location. For urgent maintenance, call R5 rather than waiting for a website response.

Use the payment links published on our Tenant Portal. Verify unexpected payment instructions by calling R5 before paying. External account and payment services have their own terms and privacy policies. These website terms do not replace your signed lease.

Submit only files you are authorized to share. Do not upload executable programs, macro-enabled documents, malware, or unnecessary sensitive information. The support form does not enroll you in text messaging merely because you provide a phone number.

R5 Property Rental Text Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from R5 Property Rental LLC, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to rental inquiries, leasing, resident support, maintenance coordination, payment or account reminders, property updates, and other service-related communications from R5 Property Rental LLC.
