Urgent Situations

For fire, a medical emergency, or immediate danger, call 911. If you suspect a gas leak, leave the area and call 911 or your gas utility from a safe location.

For urgent maintenance, call R5 and leave your name, property address, and issue if unanswered. Do not wait for a website or email response in an emergency.
